The Long Term Care SNF Nurse Manager will have complete oversight of the nursing staff within the facility, while ensuring that proper patient care is consistently being delivered. Key responsibilities of the Long Term Care SNF Nurse Manager will include maintaining quality standards, upholding regulatory policies, educating patients and families, and performing administrative duties. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong nursing background in the long term care or skilled nursing setting.
