Duties:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Assist with meal preparation - Administer medication - Monitor and report any changes in behavior or condition - Support individuals with behavior management and emotional support - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred - Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to work well in a team environment - Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs
