Responsibilities:
-Schedule service appointments - Manage the parts inventory and ensure accurate tracking and organization - Coordinate with suppliers to procure parts and negotiate pricing - Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage supplier performance - Oversee the logistics of parts delivery and distribution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of parts transactions - Monitor parts usage and forecast future needs - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain management process - Coordinate equipment repairs and fabricate parts as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related field - Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from suppliers - Proficient in data entry and record keeping - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding inventory levels - Knowledge of logistics principles and practices - Familiarity with equipment repair processes is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong supply chain management skills.
