Northern NY Lewis County Nursing Home is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Located in Northern NY, our facility is committed to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to residents in collaboration with the supervising physician Perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, and manage chronic conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and formulate treatment plans Participate in care planning and multidisciplinary team meetings Requirements:
Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York State Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the respective field Experience working in a nursing home or long-term care setting is preferred but not required Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Schedule:
Monday to Friday; no nights or weekends Compensation and
Benefits:
Competitive pay rate of $70.
